30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
VoltEdge offers a 30-day return policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale
How to Return
- Email support@voltedge.store with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Late or Missing Refunds
